Come sail in the Outback Cup, Lake Murray’s premier regatta for One Design, PHRF spinnaker/non-spinnaker, cruising, and multihull sailboats. There will be a good time on the water, and a better time on the beach.   If your idea of a good time is a margarita party and Hors d’oeuvres by Carrabba’s Italian Grill, eating steaks from down under cooked by Outback Steakhouse, drinking Foster's Beer with a little sailboat racing thrown in for good measure, you need to come to the 2008 Outback Cup Regatta on Lake Murray.

Courses will be offered for the following fleets: Cruising Fleet, Spinnaker Racing Fleet, Non-spinnaker Racing Fleet, Multi-hull Fleet, and One-Design Fleet(s). The Cursing Fleet will sail one single, reverse-start distance race on Saturday. The Spinnaker and Non-spinnaker racing fleets will sail a single distance race on Saturday and Sunday. The multi-hull fleet will sail a distance race on Saturday and multiple buoy races on Sunday. The One-Design fleets will sail multiple buoy races on both Saturday and Sunday.
